Pricing Questions

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Vendor Dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing month.

What happens if I reach my listing limit on the Starter plan?

You'll see a prompt to upgrade when you try to add your 6th listing. Your existing 5 listings stay live and bookable — you simply can't add new ones until you upgrade.

Is the commission charged on every booking?

Yes. Commission is deducted automatically from each completed booking before your payout is calculated. It's handled entirely by the platform — no manual transfers needed.

Are there any setup or cancellation fees?

None. No setup fees, no contract lock-ins, no cancellation fees. Cancel your subscription at any time — your account stays active until the end of the paid period.

How does the Verified badge work?

Premium and Enterprise operators can apply for verification from their Vendor Dashboard. We verify your business identity within 3–5 business days. Verified operators rank higher in search results and earn more traveler trust.

Do payment gateway fees apply?

Payment gateway fees (e.g. PayPal ~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are charged by the payment provider, not by UTravel Turkey. These are separate from the platform commission.
