Important: TripGenius provides AI-generated suggestions for trip planning. We are not liable for inaccurate information — always verify visa requirements and bookings directly with operators. AI recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. We are not a licensed travel agent or tour operator.

5. Operator Listings & Bookings

We are a marketplace, not a booking platform or travel agent
Operators are independent third parties — we verify them but don’t guarantee their services
Disputes: Direct disputes to the operator. We can mediate but are not liable for operator failures
Refund policies vary by operator — check their terms before booking

6. Limitation of Liability

UTravel Turkey is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; canceled trips; operator failure; travel mishaps; lost profits or data loss; or third-party content or operator conduct.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold UTravel Turkey harmless from your violation of these terms, your violation of laws, claims arising from your content or account use, and disputes with operators.
